user titles not working right

lots of problems for me today

user titles arent working right for some members, very odd for some they work and others they dont, i have titles set up and nowhere on the titles list do i have "Registered User" yet some users have that title, i ran the "update user titles" but still they remain

this a bug or what?

User titles specified at the group level will override the ladder of titles:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> User Title
