  • Weird problem..

    Ok i've been buggin out here I've got a weird problem anytime someone does a ip search or tries to ban someone it comes up with the username and searches for the name of the person doing the banning please help me figure this out it is driving me and my staff nutz.

      If I go into the acp and find a user then use the drop down box to ban that user or do a ip search it autofills the username of the admin or mod doing the banning not the appropriate user..

        Have you tried a different browser? Autofill is usually done by the browser.

          yes it happens to all the moderators and admins on the site

            If you have not installed any hacks (which includes portals), fill out a support ticket at:

            http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php

            Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. If you have installed hacks, then remove the hacks first then check and see if you still have this problem. If so, leave the default vB files in place and fill out the support request.
