How can I force avatars?

I searched for this but couldnt' find an answer, i'm sorry if I overlooked it.

I want to FORCE avatars to show for members based on their post count (like custom titles) or usergroup (for instance, if you are X usergroup, Y avatar WILL show). Is this possible?

<if condition="$show['avatar']"> Conditional, at the end you should see the </if>

change it to

<else />
<img src="LINK TO DEFAULT AVATAR" alt="$post[username]'s Avatar" />
</if>
