Registration Options

I want to change what the users have to enter when they register eg i want them to enter where they heard about my site but i cant find the option anywahere - been thru all the general options

please help with this simple request

Create a new profile field that is required on registration.

Admin CP -> User Profile Fields -> Add New User Profile Field
