9 times today i have had the session cookie header error
i found in another thread to run the tools.php to fix the language error
and to upgrade mysql from .13 to .18 which i did. this fixes the error for an hour or 2

is there a way i can keep form having to rebuild the language files every few hours?

my server is showing high loads today. could this be a problem ?

This may be database corruption issues. I suggest you look at the sticky thread in the Server Configuration forum and post the requested info there.
