help with title needed

ive replaced the vbuletin at the top of forum home how can i make it fit to page and move like forum colums do
ps i know nothing about html so explain as though i am an idiot also is there a spell checker for vbulletin

You want the image to expand and contract with the window size? Images don't expand and contract like table cells. Images have a fixed width. However, there are some web page design tricks to make an image appear to stretch. For help with this and other design questions I recommend you post on www.vbulletintemplates.com
