Attachment dont move from FS to DB

Hello, I change de host of my site, and the ISP dont sopport o dont want to change de PHP SAFE MODE, so I can store the files in the FS.

I try to move the attachments from the FS to the DB, all look to be OK, but the attachments dont up to the DB. Now when I try to see an attachment I see the red X .
How I can fix the problem?

If you have safe_mode ON, did you also set this in the vbulletin options? And did you also set a path? And is that directory set to chmod 777 ?

Yes, in my old ISP, I run the attachment in the FS, when change de ISP, this new one dont support SAFE_MODE ON, so the attachment dont work any more.
I decide to move again all the attachment to the DB, I run de process and all looks to be ok, but when I try to view any attachment the file dont exist. New attachment works great.
Any ideao how I can fix this?
