Hmmmm. Can you open a support ticket and provide admincp login information?

    I already did that.
    • Have users log-out, and re-enter… no change
    • Have users delete their cookies “by hand”… no change
    It changes nothing.

I pressed CTRL+F5 till I was blue in my face

Also deleted the browser cache (both IE 6 & Firefox)

    Styles Not changing

    Hi,

OK, I have a separate style-set on my forums. Users can't change their style (Allow Users To Change Styles = No).

I use this for subscribing members. I set those to a separate user-group, which gives them some more options, and I change their Style from “use forum default” to “Subscribers”.

This style-set does not show any banner ads.

It has always worked on VB 2.x, but now it works for some, but not for others.

    What I did:

    • Checked that the style is set to “Subscribers”… it is
    • Have users log-out, and re-enter… no change
    • Have users delete their cookies “by hand”… no change
    • Checked that forums are all set NOT to override users style choice… it is set like that

I have 2 admin accounts that were converted correctly, and I’m not seeing ads. I had a test account that was set up as a subscriber, that account sees ads (not suppose to). I also created a new account, and set the style to “Subscribers”, but it still shows the ads.

I have no clue what to check next…
