Need SQL query.... moderator went on rampage

Basically, several people got a hold of a moderator's account and started deleting stuff. Fortunately, vB3 kept all the threads and didn't physically delete them. Does anyone have an SQL query that could easilly undo all the threads deleted by a certain user? Limiting it to the last 24 hours would also be helpful.

Theres a script Written by Tigga aka Brain at vBulletin.org that organizes all the softly deleted threads, you might want to try that
