But when I do that it is automaticly going to the Admin CPanel http://mydomain.com/admincp/index.php It is not pop up the screen enter license number.

    Why it this happend?

The same thing Is hapenning to me

In my first instalation of VB 3.0.0. I changed the admincp and modcp to another folder names for security purposes (I read this somewhere xd)

When I upload the 3.0.1 package I change the new admincp/modcd to the names that I have selected. ¿This is right? I don´t have edited any file, I don´t known if this is necesary in order to set again the modcd and admcp folders, or to set the cookies and dbs parameters again.

      Please help

      Thanks in advance

If you are upgrading from 3.0.0, try going directly to upgrade12.php.

I have reuploaded the install/ directory, I have deleted the install.php, I have run www.mydomain.com/forum/install/updade12.php and the blank error page appears again

Do me a favor, right click and view the source, and paste what it says here.

Also, try eidting your config.php and resaving it, (dont make any real changes just reupload it to the server)

                  I also have a question.

I have finished upgrading 3.0.1 files with all my mods. Now the problem is : If i run upgrade12.php, will i lost my modified TEMPLATES ? What about PHRASES that i have added ? I have lot's of modified TEMPLATES.

                  thanx

You will need to update templates yes, but vB will not overwrite any tempalates by default, it should ignore customized /added phrases that im aware of.
