Changing 'Sticky' to another word...

I remember this was possible in vB2 through the General Options, however I have not been able to locate this in vB3. Someone mind directing me as to where I can change this? Thanks

It is now a phrase, goto the Admin Control Panel > Languages and Phrases > Search in Phrases > Search for phrase text "Sticky" and see if it is there in the list.

Then edit it by clicking on 'copy default' in the english textbox and edit that to your liking.
