Current Reputaion Power

Ok, i dont know where to put this thread but heres as good a place as any.

What exactly is Current Reputation Power and what is it for

Current reputation Power is the ammount of reputation they givve to another user,

And i think, but dont quote me, if they give negitve karma its half this value. so they would take away 1/2 of X

I was just about to post a new thread asking this, but stumbled here, can someone clarify? You can only take away HALF of what your rep power is?
I've noticed that if my rep power is 6, I can add 6 to others, but when I take away, it's only 3. Is there a way to take away 6 though?

You would probaly need to edit the reputation.php file which in this case you should try asking at vBulletin.org
