How to Upgrade User Titles?

I have set up a group of User Titles, so that 10 posts, 50 posts, etc should get their own title. However, it is not working for me. The rest of the board seems to be working fine, (using vb3.0.0). I have clicked on the Update User Titles under Maintenance and it has processed it fine. I also clicked on Update User Names and pretty much every other Maintenance option. I just don't get why it's not working. Help please! Thanks!

Make sure the User Title section is empty in the Usergroup settings:

User Title
(Use this to override the default 'ladder' of user titles)

Then update the User Titles counter after clearing these out.
