making text in postbit smaller?

what is "postbit" i have read alot about it in this forums, but have no idea what is it.

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Maiin CSS -> Additional CSS Definitions

Then edit this to whatever font size you want to show the usernames in the postbit:

.bigusername { font-size: 14pt; }

lots of other forums i browse have the username (not sure if all text) much smaller in the postbit than i do, where can this be changed?
