members not showing up

We've just started testing our bulletin board by having some employees join our forum. We have eight who have signed up, yet only 6 show up when we click on "members list". One of them who doesn't was the last member to sign up and we can see him via the "Welcome to our newest member". When we click that, we can see his profile, yet he doesnt show up when we look at Members list as stated earlier.

Why, and how do I change this so all members will appear in the Members List area?

The user's usergroup might not be set to show on the member list. You can check this in your:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Viewable on the Memberlist
