I changed the settings in the VBOptions/Admin CP Options so that now you have to "expand" a forum in the forum manager to display the drop down boxes. It is a bit cumbersome, but it is the only way that I can get the drop down boxes populated, the other way, after the upgrade they came up blank so that no advisors could be added, etc.
Is there any fix for this?
