Can you tell me where exactly I find the folder icon - the ones on the main page to the left of the folder names - tried to attach a screenie but it wouldn't work..
(also - the preview of the original message I tried to post just showed gobblygook)

I have dl the GD kits and have VB3 final but couldn't find it.

Also I have about 8 different folders, is it possible to make the above mentioned icon different for each folder - would like icons which relate to the content - not sure even where I would start on changing this.

The Icons next to every forum is in the directory "Statusicon" which is in your directory "Images"
As for the seperate Icons for every forum, you'd probably have to download a hack for that at vbulletin.org

Changing Statusicon

Say I have upload new Statusicon where and how would I change them

Background on me: we just started using VB3 4 days ago never had anything else

You can simply overwrite the excisting ones

But what happens if you want to replace a .gif statusicon files with a .jpg, for example? Where do you edit the filename when only the folder name appears to be configurable?
