  • Making a change to database

I have a member who wants me to reset her number of posts to 0. I'm over in phpmyadmin and I've found her record in the data and have clicked "edit." I see her number of posts. My question is can I just change the number and save or do I need to select ASCII or CHAR from the dropdown box to the left?

Why don't you just do it through the vB admin cp? Get to their member edit screen by going to Users -> Find and typing in their name, then clicking Edit and just change it there?

You can just change the number.

Thanks all! Got it. For some reason I didn't see the number of posts was there.
