Ok I have been having trouble with uploading a .zip file to my board. I have set the upload size to 2mb and i have checked the mysql and php.ini's and changed what i thought was supposed to be changed after reading several posts on this same subject. The zip file is only 700k but after i hit submit about 10 seconds passes and it takes me to a 403 error. I can upload some smaller files such as pictures but not this .zip file and i dont know why other than a setting in mysql or php that i have over looked.
