error 1712 in functions.php, any ideas?

hey, i seem to be having a issue when i load the page the whole page laods well, just the beginning of it gets this error;

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /hsphere/local/home/lorden/montrealsextalk.com/forum/index.php:3) in /hsphere/local/home/lorden/montrealsextalk.com/forum/admin/functions.php on line 1712

sometimes it shows 1 -2 or even 3 times in a row. If i delete my cookies it gets worse.

I went to line 1712 and added the line to config.php liek it states, then i get a similar error telling me about line 1710 which doesn't help me anymore.

The last thing i did to create this error? I installed phpadnew and added a code to index.php which did work, when i removed the code though the error still is in effect, any ideas?

Try uploading a default verison of admin/functions.php.
