Moving VBulltin to a new Dir. Can I?

Ok I am getting ready to do a revamp on the site. One thing I want to do is move my forums to a new locaton. Right now they reside like this:
www.mysite.com/vb/

what I want to do is move them from the current location /vb to a new forums folder (in a new location). can I do this? If so how? any steps I should follow?

Or is this a simple copy?

Just rename the folder, go into the admincp, and change the URL in 'vBulletin Options'.
