  • Bandwith problem, or is this normal??

    Hi, our forum is now running for 3 days we have round 800 posts, i have a limit of 20gig transfer on my server!, today i checked the server and i user over 560 mb ??? how's that possible, or is this normal! ?

    i turned on gzip this night maybe that would help,
    the url is www.onzinforum.nl

    please help otherwise i need to close my site , and i now that my user dont like that

    check your server logs and stats to see where the visitors and bandwidth is coming from

    you're sure you read it correctly 560mb and not 560kb ?

    how many pageviews/day you're getting ?

          91,800 hits for 1,641 page views.. um... that is like 80 hits per page. Do you have 80 graphics files per page of html? if not someone is leaching from your site... smileys, icons, avatars etc.

              what stats programs do you guys use that output stats like that ?

                Its a backend menu on the server, just server stats, dont know the right name!

                      funny i used http-analyse on my rackspace server but it never came out like that ?
