funny colors

Hey guys im just setting up the colors i want and i cant find where to change some

here have a look at the pic i want to change the bakground to that red ive got and the sae for the white behind the top row of buttons

ok i managed to change the bg colour but still cant find how to change the white behind those forum buttons?

Remove both instances of 'menu_background.gif' from the header template.
