  • Forum access & user access masks

I'm a little confused about permissions. Basically moderators from one forum are allowed to edit other people's posts in forums where they're not mods as long as long as the "Can edit own posts" mask is set to YES. Once it's set to NO they can't edit any posts (even their own). How can I let them edit their own posts in all the forums but everyone's posts in the forums where they're moderators.

    TIA.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense. Are you talking about the usergroup permissions or the specific permissions for each Mod under Forum & Moderators?

Nevermind. I wasn't aware that another admin made someone a super-mod which gave the edit access in all forums by default.

      Sorry to bother.
