Is a way to convert from UBB 6 -> VBB 2 in the works ?

I don't believe there will be that much difference between the current version and the final vB2 to justify waiting on an import script either.

I've sucessfully imported our 11K members' list with the current script as well, just the importing the posts won't work.

It was not to hard to mod it to import the catagories and the forums. That works like a dream now. The formats in UBB V6 are not very different from the UBB V5.xx

The formats for the posts in UBB V6 seem quite different from V5.xx though and i think modding that part of the script is beyond my abilities. I will continue for a bit but its 4.20am here now and i am getting a bit tired.

Maybe there is someone else out there with better PHP scripting abilities could have a go ?

There seems to be a lot of people out there doing hacks etc
