  • maintenance regime?

Our board has been running well *taps head* touch wood, with over a million posts on its own server.

My philosophy has always been - if it ain't broke, don't fix it - but...

Is there anything I sould do to maintain the database? Is there something I should run to clean up any stray bits and pieces that may have accumulated through "almost posts". Are there any bits and pieces that accumulate in a database?

Is there a maintenance regime I should be following? If so, what is it and how do I do it and how often?

    Thanks.
