change forums header in IE

How do I change the Ie header on my forums page form saying "Forums-Powered by Vbulletin" to whatever I want??? Can someone please direct me where to go...

You can use the template search function in your Admin CP -> Templates -> Search to find the templates that contain that text.

I think the template you are looking for is the forumhome template.
