Display an image along with the title of a Forum

Hello,

I'd like to be able to place an image along with the title of a Forum on the main page where Forums are listed. They've done this on this vBulletin forum:

http://www.lawnsite.com/

You can see what I mean if you scroll down 4 categories to "Manufacturer Sponsored Forums".

Can I do that?
