Page cannot be displayed message

This problem started last night for us. I'm at a loss as to what can be causing it. I installed a staff messenger hack on Sunday. All day sunday and Monday the board was fine. Monday night i noticed this screen kept coming up. I asked the server to look into it. So far they have found nothing wrong.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this.

I don't know what a 'staff messenger' is. Howwever if you are running the default files and it happened all of a sudden, then this is a server issue.
