What is the easiest way to access the moderator control panel? I know you can just use the bottom right but there is like no /mods/index.php like the admin control panel. So is there an easy way?

If you go to your out-of-the-box installation of vBulletin 5 at bottom right you have a link that says "mod" taking you to the moderator control panel.
