quick upgrading question

There will be a significant amount of duplicates, so yes, just upload the files over them.

As for speed, it's probably a router problem closer to you. I haven't had any issues at all.

does this mean I just leave all my previous files and upload all new files overwriting any duplicates? I'm getting ready to upgrade right now, just backing up the database. YAY!

while i'm posting, is the internet in general VERY slow today? This site and every other i've been to today is taking AGES to load and I'm on a cable modem!
