Just use the Email Users feature in the Admin CP, choose the 'Users Awaiting' group, and add this to the message:

    $bburl/register.php?a=act&u=$userid&i=$activateid

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

but the $activateid appears as is $activateid , and not replaced by the (activateid)....

This should work. I use it about twice a month myself. Are you running an unhacked vB 2.x?

I use a hacked email.php file to send HTML to users...
even when I upgraded to 2.3.2 as you helped me in the other thread... I directly overwritten the new email.php with the hacked one!
I use the original one now, and the problem is solved , thanks

By the way may I ask, where are these variables defined?

          Like $userid and such….
