Uh, if they are not going to be responsible in taking care of the servers you're on, they are the one in BREECH of your contract. Request a credit for the time that you've lost because of their incompetence...

Unfortunately this is still a server issue. We can't resolve it - only your host can. A competent host should be able to fix this. If they need help then this is a very bad sign. You could try to point them to this thread:

Ok... I have sent tons and tons of e-mails to my nut-ball providers. Please tell me exactly what I should be informing them of. I'm a dumb-nut towards this all... I understand the word "program" and that's it.

Argh... thanks for helping... just need to finish this task.

I am having some SERIOUS problems...

With my vBulletin Version 2.3.0 forum board. I can't back up any databases -- nothing. I think my loser of an IT administrator screwed everything up. I'm looking for a vBulletin programmer (or whoever you are) to gain access to my forum with my supplied Administrator username and password and try to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I have tried and I have failed... big time.

Please contact me via e-mail, as I'm never on these forums. Thank you SO much for your time and effort in regards to this matter.

    [email protected]

    Again, thanks SO much!
