I'm having a problem. Randomly, users on my message board are being labeled as COPPA, even though they registered correctly. I tried it myself, and I too was a COPPA user. I have checked to make sure we DO NOT moderate new members, which I read may clear this problem. Does anyone know what's going on?
On top of that, when I try to set the user up as "Registered", it won't transfer over from COPPA to REGISTERED. It will have REGISTERED in the field, but at the top, it will say warning, this is a COPPA user.
What can be the problem? I think my database is corrupt.. Any suggestions? Thanks.
