Hi, I'm wondering..

how do I actually send out an email to all the members in which I've "fine picked" in a list? Is there a way to do so or do I actually need to send out one mail at a time? If so, what does the "Messages send at once" do?

What do you mean by "fine picked"? To send out mass emails, go to the Admin CP --> Users --> Email Users

i know. What I mean is, on Admin CP --> Users --> Email Users, how do I enter multple emails and send all at one click?

You can't do that via the vBulletin Control Panel, sorry... You can see if there's hack to allow this available over at http://vbulletin.org or you could do it in an email program, such as Outlook Express.
