Image Attachments are Corrupt

Hi,
I'm trying to lets admins and mods attach images to their posts, but when the attach a jpg image, it only shows about 20% on the forums. The rest is garbled. Anyone got an idea on how to fix this?

Upload the phpinfo.php file from the 'extras' directory of the zip file to your forums directory. Then post the URL here. This will help us troubleshoot the problem.
