    Hmm, well as I said
I uploaded all the files from the latest zip file, overwrote what was on the server and it still did it.
    Maybe it's a host problem....eh

Then I doubt this problem is a database issue. I would be really surprised if you still had this problem with all the default files. If you say this is the case, then fill out a support ticket at:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support_form.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP.

I doubt this problem is caused by a hack to the database. Nonetheless take a look at the structure of the forumpermission table. Does it match this?

    Hmm
Is there anyway to do a clean install?
Like, install a new copy then import all the posts, members threads and whatnot?
Reason I ask, is that I don't remember off hand what hacks were installed in the past
Although, the file type hacks would've been removed when I uploaded all the new files today....
So the only remaining "hacks" per se, are template changes..

If you have not installed any hacks, fill out a support ticket at:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support_form.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. If you have installed hacks, then remove the hacks first then check and see if you still have this problem. If so, leave the default vB files in place and fill out the support request.

    Nay, still the same
I deleted the forumpermissions.php file, then uploaded the one from the zip file, still does the same thing.
Click the link, it pauses for about 10 seconds, then says done with a white blank page.

    Yep, had it with 2.3.0
I originally had 2.2.8 installed, then upgraded to 2.3.0, then today upgraded to 2.3.2
I'll reupload the forum permissions file again.....

You had this same problem in 2.3.0? Are you sure you uploaded all the 2.3.2 files and overwrote the old ones?

Well I just upgraded my forums from 2.3.0 to 2.3.2.
I uploaded all the right files which included the forumpermission.php file and ran the upgrade successfully.
I thought that would fix it, but no go, heh

Reupload the original forumpermission.php file from the vB zip file. Make sure you upload in ASCII and overwrite the one on the server.

    Hrm, problem accessing forum permissions?

In the admin panel, when I click on "Forum permissions", the progress bar at the bottom sits there for about 15 seconds, then it'll say "done", and on the right hand side where the forum permissions normally show up, is a blank white sheet?

    Anyone have any ideas? heh
