  • Help! Attachments causing trouble with repair.php!

    I really need to run repair.php on my database, but I'm having trouble because it can't seem to get past my 800+ MB attachment table. Is there anything I can do to help this problem?

    What happens when you run it?

      It just hangs there, with a blank page that won't finish loading (I've just tried using repair.php?html=1&check=1). I left it for about 30 minutes, got tired of waiting for it and hit stop in my browser, and then found partial results that showed it had succussfully checked each table down to "announcement", but then stopped.

        Try repairing the tablers with phpMyAdmin instead:

        REPAIR TABLE attachment;
        etc.
