  • mysql error number: 1064

    I'm getting the above error when I try to update counters for my board....I've imported all information over from invision and just need to update the post dates, etc... every other option in the update counters page works, except for Update Thread Info.

    The full Error I am receiving is:-

    Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.3.2:

    Invalid SQL: UPDATE thread SET lastpost=1060712963,replycount=1,postusername='tigerlady', postuserid='66', lastposter='Azhrialilu',attach= WHERE threadid=825
    mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE threadid=825' at line 1

    This is a problem with MySQL 4.0.13. The fix is here:

      Actually this fix should already be in 2.3.2. Reupload the original admin/misc.php file from the 2.3.2 zip file. Make sure you upload in ASCII and overwrite the one on the server.
