By the way, what file would this problem be occuring in? One of the fucntions.php or global.php problems maybe?

I can't duplicate this problem on my unhacked 2.3.2 test forum. Are you sure you uploaded the original 2.3.2 files? If so and you have removed your hacks, fill out a support ticket at:

http://www.vbulletin.com/members/support_form.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP.

I have problems with the ampersand in both image links [ IMG ] Tag and in my smilies.
I have one smilie which is : :&)=] and it is not parsed anymore. unles I delete the &

I have installed hacks but then I uninstalled the hacks to see if it was still messed up, it was. The hacks are now reinstalled.

When a thread is posted, when you use the search engine and when you click the new posts link on the home page are a few examples of this. Sorry for not being more precise with my post.

I'm having some serious issues on my forums when it comes to ampersands.

Alot of the URL's are coming out like such:

http://www.ewplanet.org/e/search.ph...;searchid=21726

I knew should've waited to upgrade but I thought there were some serious bug fixes, 2.3.0 was running perfect as far as I could tell and now my forums are screwed.

Ah, hopefully you guys are able to fix this, otherwise I'll have to close the forums down and figure out what's wrong myself... and tha'ts not a good thing.

I posted this in this forum as well as announcements discussion because I realized this is a bug.

Where are these URLs that are bad? I just browsed around your site a bit and did not find a link that did not work.
