Change # of posts for signatures?

My users are saying that they can't use Signatures.
They have enabled it so that they could see signatures.
Ive enabled the [img ] code but nothing works?

So i thought there was a # of posts you need to have so u can use them? is there a such a thing, or what else should i be looking at?

Make sure that you have set YES to the questions "User and registration options" in the vbulletin options section from the admin control panel.
