    Invisible mode issue

Is there a way to either turn of the "browse board in invisible mode"
allow admins and mods to view invisible users anyway in the who is online?

the Sandman has just replied to a thread you have subscribed to entitled - Invisible mode issue - in the vBulletin 2 'How Do I' Questions forum of vBulletin Community Forum.

    This thread is located at:

Here is the message that has just been posted:
I believe Admins see "Invisible" users by default. And Mods can be given this "power" as well, although by default they don't have it. "Invisible" users will show up normally except that they have an asterisk next to their usernames (for those able to see them). I also believe that you can disable the "Invisible" browsing option.

It's interesting (and sometimes surprising!) to see which members browse in "Invisible" mode.

There may be other replies also, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the board again.

I hastily replied before noting you posted in the vB2 Forums - my response was for vB3 - so I deleted it. Check out the "Similar Threads" below for your answer - it's all there.

Sorry for any confusion (didn't realize you'd get the notification email despite the deletion of the post).

Admins and Super Mods can already see 'invisible' users.
