Quick Reply box is GONE!

I just noticed this, the quick reply box is gone. Did I disable it somehow? or is something wrong?

vB2 doesn't have a quick reply box. You must be talking about the hack. You should post over at www.vbulletin.org about this.

i did have a few hacks but disabled them at some point. that must have been it. thanks!

They also could have been deleted when upgrading. This particular hack is easy to add back, though.
