Highlighting The Links Into the Forums

The Highlighting colour changes for everyones profiles and whatnot..

But it wont change for the forums..

How can i have the highlighting colour change for everything?

Admin Control Panel
Styles
Modify
Select [fonts/colors/etc] for the style you want to change
Highlight color is located there.

Its how i got the highlighted profile links working.

but my forums dont highlight
