        1. Reupload the original member.php file from the vB 2.3.0 zip file. Make sure you upload in ASCII and overwrite the one on the server.

        2. If you still get an error, upload repair.php (it's in the 'extras' folder of the zip file) to your admin directory. Close your forums, then run it from your browser with this syntax:

        http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/admin/repair.php?html=1&check=1

[Of course change the exact URL as appropriate for your forums.]

If everything reports 'Ok' then reopen your forums. If not, then run it again. The second time everything should report Ok (except the session table which you can ignore.)

thx for your help, but dont work...

I think the error is here postusername='Vor'lore Hatris'.. The name of user is Vor'lore Hatris.. then i try remove the ' of the name of the user (Vorlore Hatris).. This way dont show error.. but what i can make to prevent that this error happens again?

          How i can fix this?

It may be that the ' character is not a legal character for a user name. The easiest fix without resorting to hacking the code is to remove it from the name.
