dropdown list

hi,

i know this must have been asked before but is it possible to adjust the line style of a dropdown list, not the background color nor the arrow, but the outline instead of a sunken standard dropdown list,
in my darker kind of colors its really ugly to have those gray sunken dropdown lists...

the textareas are working great with outline in a specific color...

damn, i guess its not possible...
