  • I have a syntax problem

    Hello,

    First of all thanx for making life worthy

    Second I got this problem, below, when I was trying to modify a user profile to change his usergroup and his name through the CP

    Database error in vBulletin Control Panel: Invalid SQL: SELECT COUNT(*) AS users
    FROM user,usergroup WHERE user.usergroupid=usergroup.usergroupid AND
    usergroup.cancontrolpanel=1 AND user.userid<>
    mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 1
    mysql error number: 1064
    Date: Friday 27th of June 2003 03:37:12 AM
    Script: /www.aouclass.org/vb/admin/user.php
    Referer:
    http://www.aouclass.org/vb/admin/user.php?action=edit&userid=65

    Now can any one tell me how to fix this problem in 203 version??

    This problem is caused by the latest versions of PHP which have broken some of the functions of older versions of vB. Your host must have recently upgraded PHP. To fix this you need to upgrade to vB 2.3.0.
