Hi Steve,
Thanks for the reply. That doesn't seem to work either.
Here are a couple of screen shots so you can see what I mean:
Here is the screen from an admin log in:
Here is what the regular users are seeing:
I'm stumped and tried everything that was obvious to me.
Both users AND admins should see what I see.

index.php not showing forum. Please help!
Hi everyone, I searched this area befor I made this post.
I am having a problem where the index.php does not show the forum. The users online shows, the birthdays show, and the PM area shows. However, where the forum or forum category would be, it won't show up.
As admin, I can see the forum entrance on my PC. if I log in on a regular user test account, I can't see the forum entrance.
I think I screwed up a postbit by mistake this morning. I was trying to move a couple of things and simplify the frontpage. I screwed up.
When you goto http://www.drumsmith.com as a regular member, you can access the forums. However, if you goto http://www.drumsmith.com/~bbs/forums/index.php, you can not.
I converted most of the templates back to original except my user and coppa agreement. Those obviously have nothing to do with the index.
I am almost certian it's in the mySQL database. I am just not sure what to repair. My last SQL backup is a couple of weeks old. I don't want to screw up the rest of the forum. I know, I SHOULD have backed it up this morning. Live and learn. I thought what I was doing was simple house cleaning.
I'd appreciate ANY help.
thanks in advance.Tags: None
