I have a user on my forums who cant seem to view the forums correctly, when he changes style it changes back on certain forums on the site (i have checked the form options incase i have style override on) and when he makes a post, his post and all after dont show up unless he logs out and logs back in... he is using AOL 7.0 and he has tried using IE but same problem

That makes it even more difficult to troubleshoot. I would ask him to check his browser settings and to make sure he's not running some other software that is interfering with web access (firewall, adblockers, etc.) If he is, have him temporarily turn this off to see if the problem goes away.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
