  • Slow Email, How to Troubleshoot

    I have a cople of messages from users:

    "I got email notice of a PM sent on June 4th this morning june 6th."

    and

    "Not sure if this is connected, but I get repetitive notices of a 'New PM', even though I've already received a notice and checked-in to read the PM a day or two earlier."

    What's is the right place to start looking for problems?

    It seems to me that these problems may have started with our upgrade to the version 2.3.0, but I may be mistaken.

    The first issue is the mail server - either yours or theirs.

    I really don't know what would cause the second one but it's possibly a server issue too.

      I got another complaint, that thread notifications were ½ a day and more behind.

        This is a mail server issue - either on your end or theirs.
